Video and Photos access
ClipLite accesses the videos you permit through Apple’s Photos permission controls or choose to import. It uses video content and metadata to display thumbnails, organize your library, estimate file sizes, preview videos, and create compressed copies. Video compression runs on your device. ClipLite does not send your videos or library to a developer-operated server.
If a selected video is stored in iCloud, Apple may download it to your device for processing. Apple’s services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Information stored on your device
ClipLite stores video details, collections, settings, compression history, and the count of successful free compressions locally. Imported videos and unsaved compressed results remain in app storage. Temporary working files are cleaned up when no longer needed. Once a compressed copy is successfully saved to Photos, ClipLite removes its exported app copy. ClipLite never deletes your Photos originals.
Purchases
Apple handles payment and purchase restoration through your Apple Account. ClipLite uses verified StoreKit purchase information to determine whether Pro is active. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide the developer with App Store sales and financial reports under its own policies.
Reminders, tracking and analytics
Weekly reminders are local notifications and require your permission. ClipLite does not use advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, or a developer-operated analytics server. Local app data is not collected by the developer through the app.
Support communications
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send private videos, payment details, or other sensitive information. Support messages are retained only as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence.
Your choices and deletion
You can manage Photos and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Removing the app removes its local data and imported or unsaved videos from the device, subject to any device backups managed by you and Apple. Copies already saved to Photos remain there. Deleting ClipLite does not cancel a subscription; manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
This website
ClipLite’s product, support, privacy and terms pages are hosted on kiamcotech.com using Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. These ClipLite pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, forms, or embedded tracking services added by us. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and secure the website. The main Kiamco Tech homepage may load fonts or images from external providers, which receive the requests needed to deliver those resources. Email links open your email application.
Children
ClipLite does not request age information or knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. If a child has sent personal information in a support message, contact us to request its removal.
Changes and contact
